Indian Gaming Transfer Payments Fulfilling the legislative intent of the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act, Indian gaming directly transferred $18,663,451,089 in 2021, to their tribal governments for social programs and allocations to fund investment programs, such as economic development and land-buyback programs.
