“I came to OBTS after a shoulder injection by my orthopedic surgeon. Pain was a lot better from the injection, but my posture and movement were still bad. Mike and the other therapists helped me strengthen the shoulder and pointed the way to avoid the bad posture and compensation that had limited my activity.
