Project One shaped, mobilised and executed the transformation of JLT/Profund Pension Solution Programme, that has been developed to support one of the world’s largest Pension Funds/Scheme. We led the transformation at the Programme level but also directly managed some of the programme’s core workstreams at the Project level. Congratulations!
