This project, led by Baird AE Inc. as the prime consultant, involves the development of two adjacent structures. The first is a 13,700 m² warehouse featuring 12 ship- ping and receiving docks. The second structure is a two-story, 748 m² office building, complete with a covered patio. Additional site features include paved side- walks, ample parking areas, a cedar tree buffer, and stormwater management facilities. As a specialized facility designed to manage plant product production and storage, this project involved extensive collaboration with specialist consultants and cli- ent end-users, making it both unique and challenging. Baird AE’s swift communication and responsiveness have been key factors in seamlessly moving the project from design to construction execution.
