IN SiDER was built on these very foundations, with the goal of creating something that connects, celebrates, and inspires the incredible Compass Indy community we are so proud to be a part of. Thanks to the vision and leadership of Brittani Gandy, our Founder, Editor-in-Chief, and Creative Director, alongside the creativity and collaboration of contributing editors Urooj Qureshi, Autumn Shoppell, and Lauren Sexton, this idea quickly took shape.
