All4Labels Opens First Factory In Northeast Brazil

All4Labels Global Packaging Group is inaugurating its first plant in the northeast of Brazil in the municipality of Conde (PB). With this plant in the João Pessoa metropolitan re- gion, All4Labels now has 12 plants in the country. All4La- bels has 56 units around the world and more than 6,000 employees, serving approximately 13,000 customers. All4Labels will invest up to 3 million EUR by end of 2025 equipping the new site with flexo technology. The multinational’s first factory in the Northeast of Brazil began operating on June 1, 2024, the official presentation and opening took place on June 27. The new hub of ex- cellence will best serve customers located in the Northeast of Brazil. The region is reportedly fast growing in the food, health, home and personal care markets, which is responsi- ble for 11 percent of the Brazilian GDP. All4Labels is a global company with regional service, initially with self-adhesives (PSL) and plans to expand into digital printing. However, a fire in 2022, which damaged the facility, caused a severe setback. As CEO Hasit Patel and his team began the reconstruc- tion, they identified an opportunity to reassess their oper- ation and pursue innovative new strategies. This included extending its partnership with BOBST to include two new MASTER M6 inline flexo presses equipped with oneECG and DigiFlexo automation.
