We’d like to wish all of the moms in our Marathon Physical Therapy Family a very Happy Mother’s Day this month. Mother’s Day is the perfect way to celebrate how much these special women mean to us and to let them know just that. I’d personally like to thank my mom, Jinous, for all that she has done for me over the years. She is a strong person whom I look up to and who has taught me to be courageous, independent, and strong willed. Some of you may have met her early in my days as the new owner of Marathon Physical Therapy when she helped me out doing reception work and bookkeeping work. She enjoyed being a part of my new endeavor and meeting all of you. Being a mom over the past 3 years has been the greatest joy (even through the many nights of lost sleep). I feel so lucky to be called mommy by my daughter, Sophia. I have learned that being a mom is one of life’s most divine roles and one that is most fulfilling. Even though sleep is now not a necessity, there are so many other things that make up for it and warm your heart-- a hug for no reason, a sweet smile in the morning, the feel of holding this little hand who depends on you, watching a small version of you grow and flourish into an independent person. These are all life’s little moments to treasure. We hope that all of you moms and grandmothers out there will take a moment to reflect on all that you have done and sacrificed for your children and grandchildren...that goes for the special aunts too!
