Dr. Buckley graduated from Texas Chiropractic College in April, 1996. He served as vice president of TCA District 5. He also served as a designated doctor for the state of Texas’ Division of Workers’ Compensation, where he performed Designated Doctor (DD) exams and Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCEs). He has worked in various aspects of sports medicine, work hardening, pain management, personal injury,

and rehabilitation. He has a passion for helping people achieve a quality of life that is balanced spiritually, physically, and mentally. He enjoys working with Dr. Thai because he enjoys interacting with the patients and has witnessed healing through the techniques of Dr. Thai.

It’s officially the season of salads, and fruit salads are summer’s specialty! Enjoy this tasty dish as a side or main course. For some added protein, toss in a handful of slivered almonds or chopped pecans.

1 heaping tablespoon fresh basil or mint, chopped 2 tablespoons lemon juice 1 tablespoon maple syrup 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar

INGREDIENTS:

1 pound strawberries, thinly sliced 3 medium peaches, thinly sliced

1 cup blueberries

DIRECTIONS:

1. In a medium serving bowl, combine the strawberries, peaches, blueberries, and basil. 2. Drizzle lemon juice, maple syrup, and balsamic vinegar on top.

3. Gently toss to combine. 4. Serve immediately, or chill for later.
