CHECKLIST WHERE TO START

Register your campers online at wol.is/coast. You will need a $99 deposit per camper when you register. You will not need all of the detailed camper information at this point – just an estimated number of campers. You may also book camp activities at this time. Check your email for confirmation and important details and ensure our emails are not going to your spam or junk folder. Please call our Registrar at 727.379.5000 to make room reservations in the conference center for your adults. You will not be able to reserve adult rooms online. A leader discount is available if you bring at least 10 campers. Campers may not have cell phones at camp. If they need to contact their parents, they can use the phone at The Coast Office or the cell phone of their youth leaders.

ONE MONTH PRIOR TO ARRIVAL All camper and room reservations must be paid in FULL or they may be forfeited. Log into your account and enter the name, age, and gender for each camper.

Any cabin mate / counselor requests must be made at this time. If you are a large church (more than 12 campers of the same gender) and have specific requests for where you want your students to stay, please email them to us at this time. Due to the large volume of requests, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Email our Registrar your adult information – names of adults and children in each conference center room. Include ages of children. It is $35 charge for a Day Camper to stay in your room and eat breakfasts. Please make sure we know if you have any leaders staying off campus to ensure they have their lanyards and meal pass. TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL Call the Guest Services Desk at 727.379.5000 to set up a camper bank account or prepay for camp activities for each camper. Electronic Health Form – must be submitted 2 weeks prior to arrival. Your camper must have a completed health form in order to participate in camp activities. Access and complete the Online Camper Health Form by following the steps below: Log into your account Click on The Coast 2026 Reservation Number This will take you to the page with the name of each camper. Click on “Health Form” at the far right of the camper name. Complete each step of the health form. Sign at the bottom. Submit. Group Leaders – you may email the health form link to each parent by clicking on “Email Health Forms” at top left of this same page. Fill in the parent’s email address beside each camper name and click SEND. Bring any medication with you on check-in day. Medications must be in the original container with the correct doses and instructions.
