There is something of interest to every member of the family. We hope you are blessed and become a regular reader. WCN seeks, at all times, to publish the TRUTH, regardless of “political correctness,” standing up for America’s historical Christian heritage and urging a return to biblical, moral standards. We offer very thought-provoking commentary, inspired teach- ing, real life testimonies, world, national, state and regional news, plus advice and information from experts in their areas of business and ministry -- all in the various sections of our 48-page newspa- per. In addition to providing valuable content to the Christian community, we focus equally on reach- ing those who are lost and seeking, and those who may have been alienated from church as an institution in the past. You’ll find WCN on the racks in the lobbies of grocery stores, family restaurants, shopping centers and malls and most Christian book stores. Of course, you can also find a copy at many of our “Ministry Partner” advertisers’ business and ministry locations. This is our outreach to the mar- ketplace, and we receive many wonderful testi- monies from people who have found the Lord for the first time, or returned to Him, after many years away, after finding our newspaper in a public place. Our Doctrinal Statement • There is one God, who is infinitely perfect, existing eternally as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. • Jesus Christ is true God and true man. He was

• The Church consists of all those who believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, are redeemed through His blood, and are born again of the Holy Spirit. Christ is the Head of the Body, the Church, which has been commissioned by Him to go into all the world as a witness, preaching the gospel to all na- tions. The local church is a body of believers in Christ who are joined together for the worship of God, for edification through the Word of God, for prayer, fellowship, the proclamation of the gospel, and observance of the ordinances of baptism and the Lord’s Supper. • There shall be a bodily resurrection of the just and of the unjust; for the former, a resurrection unto life; for the latter, a resurrection unto judgment. • The second coming of the Lord Jesus Christ is imminent and will be personal, visible, and pre-mil- lennial. This is the believer’s blessed hope and is a vital truth which is an incentive to holy living and faithful service. conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary. He died upon the cross, the just for the unjust, as a substitutionary sacrifice, and all who believe in Him are justified on the grounds of His shed blood. He died, was buried and arose from the dead ac- cording to the Scriptures. He is now at the right hand of the Majesty on high as our great High Priest. He will come again to establish His kingdom of right- eousness and peace. • The Holy Spirit is sent to indwell, guide, teach, empower the believer, and convince the world of sin, of righteousness and of judgment. • The Old and New Testaments, inerrant as origi- nally given, were verbally inspired by God and are a complete revelation of His will for the salvation of men. They constitute the divine and only rule of Christian faith and practice. • Man was originally created in the image and like- ness of God; he fell through disobedience, incurring, thereby, both physical and spiritual death. All men are born with a sinful nature, are separated from the love of God, and can be saved only through the atoning work of the Lord Jesus Christ. • Salvation has been made available through Jesus Christ for all men; those who repent and be- lieve in Him are born again of the Holy Spirit, receive the gift of eternal life, and become the children of God. • It is the will of God that each believer should be filled with the Holy Spirit and be sanctified wholly, being separated from sin and the world and fully dedicated to the will of God, thereby receiving power for holy living and effective service. This is both a crisis and a progressive experience wrought in the life of the believer subsequent to conversion. • Provision is made in the redemptive work of the Lord Jesus Christ for the healing of the mor- tal body. Prayer for the sick and anointing with oil are taught in the Scriptures and are privileges for the church in the present age.

That’s Fine, If That’s What You Believe

By Rob Pue September 2024

the peoples of the world believe in a god, and as long as you believe it and follow your religion to the best of your ability, and live a good life and try your best to be a “good person,” you will ul- timately find God, because there are as many paths to Him as there are people in the world. This way of think- ing makes perfect sense — to imper- fect, ignorant and self-centered human beings, many of whom believe they themselves are “god.” At the same time, the truth of the Gospel is often considered nonsense to these same people, who by the way, are per- ishing by their refusal to open their minds to the truth we’ve so graciously been given. These are just regular, ordinary everyday people from all over the world. Wherever you go, the attitude seems to be the same: 1) There are many paths to God. 2) Follow your path, (your religion), to the best of your ability and you’ll get to heaven in the end. 3) Whatever you believe is fine — as long as you’re a good person, God will understand, forgive you of any wrongdoing and welcome you to heaven. And 4) Don’t try to tell me what you believe. That’s fine if that’s what you believe, but don’t try to make me believe. So, following this logic, believing something, then, makes it true? As long as you believe it, it’s true? That’s really what they’re saying. Ok, let’s see if that theory holds true anywhere in the world...

There are several common attitudes and beliefs about spiritual matters, Christianity and various world reli- gions. Among the most common are: 1) Most people don’t really think about God all that much. 2) They never really consider their eternal destiny, but be- lieve they’ll be fine. And 3) They really don’t know much at all about the Bible or what it says, but they make drastic, sweeping assumptions about it. Perhaps the most important thing to note is that most people today believe spirituality should be an individual, private thing, not something talked about, and certainly no one should seek to “convert” anyone else to their faith. “It’s whatever you believe,” is a common theme. This is moral rela- tivism. “ Your truth” may not be “My truth,” and the very idea of “truth” is an ever-changing concept. What was true a hundred years ago may not be true today. That may be correct when it comes to our knowledge of science and technology or the cost of living or a myriad of other ever-changing things in our world. But when it comes to the things of nature and nature’s God, there ab- solutely are absolute truths, which never change. They have never changed, and they never will. Some things in this world are just plain nat- ural and true. An example of absolute truth is that in all species of animals — and plants — there are two genders: male and fe-

male. It takes both genders to repro- duce. Two females cannot reproduce, nor can two males. Further, only fe- males can conceive and bear children, but they can’t do it without a male fa- ther. And only mothers are able to breast-feed their babies. Today’s Leftist Lunatics will try to tell you there are 72 genders and they can’t define what a “woman” is. Cer- tainly, they can go to great lengths to try to prove “transgenderism” is a real thing — that it’s possible for a male to “transition” to a female. But the ab- solute truth is, they can take steriliz- ing drugs, they can get themselves disfigured through diabolical surgeries and they can play “dress up” all they want, but a male can never be any- thing other than a male, and despite the purple hair, piercings, tattoos, “butch” haircuts and foul-mouthed vo- cabularies, a female can never possi- bly “transition” to be a male. Such ideas are delusional, the product of depraved minds that choose to believe the lies of Satan, the enemy of our souls.

For centuries, people heard, believed and knew the truth about the one true God of Creation and His Son, Jesus Christ, but today, when approached with the Gospel message, people will say, “That’s fine if that’s what you be- lieve, but don’t try to tell me about it.” When pressed, most people seem to conclude that all the religions of the world ultimately lead to the same god, like spokes of a wheel leading to a cen- ter point. So, if you believe in buddah, or allah or Jesus Christ, that is your option, all these are equally valid, and all ultimately lead to the center, to God. If this is your belief, then it’s terribly “intolerant” for someone to say that there’s only one way to God, and we can’t all just “co-exist” because all the other symbols on that bumper sticker are paying homage to false gods and doctrines of demons. Yes, to our lim- ited human understanding, it would certainly make sense that all the peo- ples of the world seek God in their own way, following their own traditions; all

The Vital Necessity Of Prayer

By Jim Schneider, Executive Director, VCY America September 2024

ter stage in government, in politics, in corporate America, in entertainment, in media, in classrooms across the coun- try and in every day practices. The LGBTQ agenda is sweeping the nation by storm and schools are preparing to teach LGBTQ history month in October with a “National Coming Out Day” em- phasized. Title IX has been hijacked with a new definition to expand the meaning of “sex” to now include “sexual orientation” and “gender identity.” Girls feel unsafe in their own restrooms and locker rooms, and biological boys and men are hijacking girls’ and women’s sports. “But prayer was made

As a nation, we are facing many grim situations that breed feelings of defeat, hope- lessness, and despair. We ob-

serve the trajectory of our country and realize it’s not headed in the right direction. To many, the future is not looking so bright. Without question, there is a growing intol- erance toward Christianity. Those who stand for Biblical morality are targeted as being “rightwing extremists.” A deliberate censorship is taking place on social media platforms to extinguish true biblical perspective. Offense is taken when the name of Jesus is given in a prayer, but applauded when used as an expletive. People are told to keep their religion at home or con- fine it within the four walls of their church, but do not dare bring it out in the public square. Those who hold differing positions from the cultural trends are often passed over in times of job advancement to make way for someone of lesser ability who will tow the new so- cietal norm. While the tendency is often to complain and grouse about societal trends, we are missing one of the great- est tools available at our disposal: prayer! Times were tough for the followers of Jesus Christ following His resurrection and ascension to heaven. The disciples came under great persecution for testi- fying of the risen Christ. Sometimes persecution came with verbal warning, sometimes with beatings, some- times with prison, and sometimes with death. Such was the targeting of the Apostle Peter. A very wicked ruler, King Herod, was in authority. He had killed John’s brother, James, with the sword and the masses were pleased. Seeing this brought enthusi- asm to the people, Peter was apprehended and put in prison. A multiplicity of soldiers kept guard over him. The Herod Administration had very special plans to take his life as well. The Scriptures reveal what took place, “Peter there- fore was kept in prison: but prayer was made without ceasing of the church unto God for him.” (Acts 12:5). The words, “but prayer was made” have great signifi- cance. Rather than participating in a complaining session as to how bad their government was, they

prayed. The Scriptures tell how the angel of the Lord came and delivered him from the prison, by getting him past all the guards, opening the ironclad prison gates and delivering him onto the street where free- dom awaited him. Sadly, while many were intensely praying for Peter’s release, there was doubt of God’s very direct answer. As Peter knocked on the door of a home in which women were immersed in dedicated prayer for his re- lease, they did not at first believe that their prayer had been answered. After Peter’s persistent knocking, they finally realized that the God to whom they were pray- ing performed the very miracle they were requesting. Could it be that we would have the same persistence in prayer that future generations would look back at 2024 and say, “but prayer was made without ceasing of the church?” Think what power could be afforded in prayer! The following situations for 2024 could have a complete turnaround: Statistics tell us of declining church attendance, less Bible reading and fewer believing in the absolute truth and authority of the Scriptures. The number of those actively sharing their faith in Jesus is declining. Reli- gious institutions are abandoning doctrine to main- tain their numbers. “But prayer was made without ceasing of the church.” The assault on the preborn has risen to barbaric lev- els as a number of states become abortion destina- tions and others are looking to enshrine in their state Constitutions the ability to kill children from concep- tion to natural birth. “But prayer was made without ceasing of the church.” DEI (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion) has taken cen-

without ceasing of the church.” Crime and lawlessness are on the increase. “Smash and grab” has become a way of life. Car jackings are becoming more prevalent. Vandalism and destruction are abounding and a disregard for law enforcement is on the increase. “But prayer was made without ceas- ing of the church.” Anti-Semitism has been flourishing on college cam- puses by students, faculty and administrators. Jew- ish students are being threatened not only on their campuses but also in their synagogues, and in every- day life situations. “But prayer was made without ceasing of the church.” Paganism is running rampant across the nation as most recently, a 90-foot statute was unveiled at the Sri Ashtalakshmi Temple just outside of Houston, TX. This is a monkey-headed Hindu god labeled the “Statue of Union.” It is said to infuse “divinity” into a Hindu temple. “But prayer was made without ceasing of the church.” The listings of present-day trends could continue for multiple pages. The bigger question is, “Are you pray- ing?” Christians have an important responsibility to follow the example of Moses, Nehemiah, Daniel, Peter, Paul, and the women included in this important prayer meeting in Acts 12 along with the many other examples of consistent and persistent prayer. May we pray believing and pray with confidence knowing that, “The effectual fervent prayer of a right- eous man availeth much.” (James 5:16b). VCY.org

Perspectives Opinions • Commentary • Letters Why Are Millions Of Americans Sleeping In Their Vehicles?

By Michael Snyder September 2024

“Van life” or “van living” is a term that is becoming more popular around the country. People packing up their lives, moving into a mobile unit and exploring the states. According to Yahoo Finance, the number of

and stuff,” Katie said, “but it will bring up a lot for you to work through when it comes to not having roots somewhere … I’m a black woman and I’m already rare in Truckee as is, so to be also living in a van, I had so much

stuff around that, so much shadow work to do around the limiting be- liefs and feeling like I’m not supposed to be here, and I shouldn’t be park- ing here and I’m gonna get in trouble.” A lot of these people have jobs, and a lot of these people would not be officially classified as “homeless.” But the cost of living crisis has driven them to the brink of los- ing everything. Unfortunately, our leaders never seem to learn. They keep borrow- ing and spending money at an unprecedented rate, and this continues to cre-

closely enough, you will see that many of those ve- hicles actually have peo- ple sleeping in them. At this point, millions of Americans are sleeping in their vehicles every night. This is happening even though we are being told that the economy is just fine. But of course the truth is that the system is failing all around us. So if you get to sleep in a very warm bed in a very warm home, you should con- sider yourself to be very blessed, because vast numbers of people are really struggling right now. The primary reason why so many people are living in their vehicles is because the cost of living has soared to unprecedented heights. In particular, the cost of housing has be- come extremely oppressive. In fact, housing in the United States has become more unaf- fordable than it has ever been before. This week, I was stunned to read about a 33-year-old man named Ishan Abeysekera that is paying $2,100 a month to share a house with 23 other people. In a city as no- toriously expensive as New York, it’s common to see people in their late 20s and early 30s living with roommates to help manage the high cost of living. But Ishan Abeysekera has taken that to the next level with his current living situation in Brooklyn: a communal building that he shares with a whopping 23 other people. That is nuts! Who would pay that much to live with 23 total strangers? Of course, most Americans can’t afford to pay $2,100 a month for housing. Also, it is being reported that some flight attendants that work for American Airlines are “sleeping in their cars” because the pay is so low. Most new flight attendant hires are required to live in cities like Dallas, Miami, and New York, which have high costs of living that they cannot afford. Some of them fight for trips just for the chance to eat the plane meals, if the pilots don’t take their meals first. When I was growing up, I always thought that those that were selected as flight atten- dants had very good jobs. But those days are long gone. In this economy, many flight at- tendants can’t even afford a place to live. Of course there are millions of others in a similar position. In recent years, “van life” has become quite trendy, and more than 3 million Americans now fall into this category.

American van lifers has increased by 63% over the last couple of years, going from 1.9 million in 2020, to 3.1 million in 2022. In the old days, if you lived in a van down by the river you were considered to be a bum. But in this economy, living in a van down by the river is just considered to be normal. Needless to say, there are some “van lifers” that choose the lifestyle because of the free- dom it offers. But there are many others that have been forced into this lifestyle. A woman named Michelle Rose that used to own a home in Montana is one of them. Three and a half years ago, at the beginning of the pandemic, Michelle Rose was about to lose her Montana home, was having issues with her job, lost her mother, and put every- thing she owned into a van to live in it per- manently. “I was like let’s just do this, let’s just sell the house and get on the road and we will fig- ure out things as we go. It has sort of been a by the seat of my pants kind of life,” said Rose. Michelle says that finances are the hardest part of van life for her, it is a constant worry and finding work is also challenging. Another woman named Katie that works at a local coffee shop admits that it was a tough mental adjustment when she started to live out of her vehicle… she spoke about the mental legwork she had to work through in order to reach a sense of belonging in the commu- nity. “Van life is

ate even more inflation. If you can believe it, our government is even spending “up to a quarter million tax- payer dollars” to teach Iraqi kids how to be climate activists. The State Department is offering up to a quarter million taxpayer dollars to an eligible nonprofit to teach Iraqi teenagers about cli- mate activism. Iraqi high schoolers could receive “Eco Ac- tion Clubs” bankrolled by taxpayers that will teach them how to advocate for environmen- tal reform in their home country, according to a grant solicitation posted by the State De- partment earlier this month. The clubs will have several objectives, ranging from devel- oping an “eco-agenda and action plan” which will generate “climate change solutions” to running a social media campaign to increase awareness of the climate crisis. We are literally committing national sui- cide, but most of the population doesn’t seem to care. Every election cycle, the big spenders are sent back to Washington over and over again. Meanwhile, more Americans are being forced to sleep in their vehicles with each passing day. Please do not look down on those that have been forced to sleep in a vehicle, because with a bit of bad luck just about anyone could end up in the same situation.

Ready For Learning?

Wisconsin Family Connection

C OMMENTARY BY J ULAINE A PPLING President, Wisconsin Family Council

Strengthening, Preserving & Promoting Marriage, Family, Life and Liberty in Wisconsin

September 2024 In short order, all school-aged children in The Badger State will be once again engaged in their formal education after enjoying a beautiful Wisconsin summer. About 86% of those children will be in public schools, while the remaining 14% are in either in a private school or are home-schooling. I know I am repeating myself with this next statement, but it needs to be driven home here on the brink of this new school year. God holds parents responsible for the educa- tion of their children, not the educational partner parents may choose to help them. If you are not homeschooling and the educational partner you choose to assist you in the formal education of your children fails in some way, God does not shift the responsibility from you to that partner. He still holds you responsible. Now, that said, it is also the parents’ responsibility, espe- cially if they choose a traditional school, be it public or pri- vate, as their educational partner, to be sure their children are ready for school — and that doesn’t mean just making sure they have a well-stocked backpack filled with all the items on the supply list from the school. Of course, they need those things — and they probably need some new clothes and shoes as well. But they need more, much more, if they are going to be truly ready to learn this year. A few years ago I came upon an interesting article from an interesting writer. Victoria Prooday is, of all things, an occupa- tional therapist. In that capacity she works with all types of people and situations, including children who would benefit from her services. Prooday’s online article “Why Our Children Are So Bored at School, Cannot Wait, Get Easily Frustrated and Have No Real Friends,” is jam-packed with excellent in- sights and helpful tips for parents who want their children to have a really good school year. Prooday says in her ten years of practice she has seen and

sation and to practice waiting quietly and patiently. Third problem area, don’t let your children rule your world. The advice? Be the adult; set a schedule and stick to it. Set limits and boundaries. Think of what is good for them long- term, not just what will make them happy right now. Give them good food to eat — and resist the temptation for quick but not nutritious meals. Have a bed time schedule — and stick to it for their sake. Fourth problem area, everything can’t always be fun. Ad- vice? Teach your children to do mundane, monotonous work — and even show them how it can be fun. Chores such as folding laundry, picking up toys, cleaning their room and cleaning the garage are great training opportunities. Fifth problem area, children have limited social interaction today. The antidote: put children in situations where they must interact with others — like Sunday School or junior church or sports teams or family reunions, in addition to other opportunities. Teach them to say “please” and “thank you,” to share, to take their turn, to sincerely compliment, to win and lose graciously, to ask questions about others and be truly interested in them. As she concludes, Prooday says in her experience, children change as soon as their parents change. Wow. The power of parents. Good parenting is intentional, purposeful. Yes, it takes time and effort, but aren’t your children worth it? The bottom line, mom and dad? You are responsible not only for the education of your children, you are the ones who set them up for success or failure. What’s it going to be this school year for your children? continues to see a decline in kids’ social, emotional and aca- demic functioning — and this was before COVID. Her con- tention is children go to school today “emotionally unavailable for learning.” She says “parental emotional availability is the main nutrient for a child’s brain.” She identifies five areas that contribute to this situation and gives some advice for parents. First problem area, too much technology and too often used wrongly. Her advice — be the parent and limit technology. Con- nect with your kids emotionally without technology. Play to- gether, write notes for their backpacks, have family dinners, play board games together. And she doesn’t include this, but I will — have family devotions and pray together! Second problem area, kids get everything they want the mo- ment they want it. The advice — train your children to wait. Page 7

Let me provide an example. If I had jokingly told my kids when they were small, “Guess what! Today I ordered us an in-ground heated swimming pool. They’ll be coming to start work on it next week!” — as young children, they might have believed me. “Really?! Wow, Dad, is it a big one? When will it be done?” Not knowing any bet- ter, they would hardly be able to contain their excitement. They could see themselves jumping in right then. My wife, on the other hand, would know I was only joking. Imag- ine. The kids believed it. My wife did not. So, because my kids believed it, does that mean that for them, there’s a brand new, in-ground heated swimming pool in our back- yard for them to play in, and because my wife didn’t believe me, for her there is no pool? “That’s a ridiculous exam- ple,” you say. Really? But the kids believed it. They should have a pool, because whatever you believe is fine, as long as you’re a good person, you will get what you believe. Well, bottom line is, we always had lots of grass in our backyard, but there was never a pool. Sorry kids. Let me give you another ex- ample...many years ago, I changed my cell phone num- ber. I tried to inform as many people as I could that the number had changed, but there were still a lot of people who believed my old number was still my number. These folks tried to call me but got someone else. Why would that happen? They believed they had the right number. They even dialed it twice to be sure. Why didn’t they get ahold of me? The keys on a keyboard are laid out in a particular pat- tern, one that we learn and memorize when we learned to type. As long as we begin typ- ing a letter, article or message with our fingers in the proper place on “home row,” what we type will make sense. But if we deviate by moving our fin- gers over by just one key, we can type away forever, but all we’ll end up with is gibberish. Likewise, if I go to play my guitar and place my fingers on the fretboard in such a way as to form a proper chord, what I attempt to play will sound right. But if just one finger is in the wrong position, on the wrong fret or the wrong string, everyone will immediately know there is such a thing as absolute truth — and the ab- solute opposite.

isn’t true. If you believe some- thing that isn’t true, then it isn’t true regardless of how much belief you may have. Some have said, “It’s not what you believe, but Who you be- lieve.” Jesus said, “I am the way, the truth and the life. NO ONE comes to the Father, but by Me.” (John 14:6). That may sound intolerant, but in fact, it is just simply true. Satan is our enemy. He plots day and night against us. The last thing he wants is for us to know the truth. Unlike my joke about a swimming pool or making a mistake with a phone number, a keyboard or a guitar, Satan’s lies are de- signed to be deadly. Many can see the folly of fol- lowing the violent religion of Islam, yet many more believe it. We can look back to 1997 and remember in sadness and amazement at the “Heaven’s Gate” cult. Most people realize it was ridiculous to think a spaceship was cloaked in the tail of the Hale-Bopp comet, yet 39 people believed it so strongly, they committed sui- cide to meet that spaceship. We remember in horror the sickening images in the news in 1978 when 900 people be- lieved so strongly in Pastor Jim Jones that they followed him to their deaths in the jun- gles of Guyana. Remember. Remember these things before you have the at- titude of, “That’s fine if that’s what you believe.” It’s not fine. Believing lies can kill you. And believe it or not, some people knowingly choose to believe lies. 2 Thessalonians 2, “...and with all wicked de- ception for those who are per- ishing, because they refused to love the truth and so be saved. Therefore God sends them a strong delusion, so that they may believe what is false, in order that all may be con- demned who did not believe the truth but had pleasure in unrighteousness.” Satan is the father of lies. Perhaps one of his biggest is the lie that says we’re more compassionate if we’re more tolerant of other views, even if they’re in error. In reality, we’re not more compassion- ate, just more cowardly. It takes courage to share your faith. More courage than many people can muster. In our desire to not offend any- one, many Christians stand idly by as our friends and loved ones and acquaintances go happily through life, ignor- ing God and believing all is well. Parents often think it’s more “loving” to be non-judg- mental, accepting and affirm- ing when their children fall

victim to the “woke mind virus” and declare they’re now “homosexual” or “trans- gender.” Or when they turn away from God and accept some weird “new age” form of false spirituality. But Jesus said, “No one comes to the Fa- ther but by Me.” We could have told them the truth in love, but instead, we wanted them to like us. It was more “tolerant” and “affirming” to let them believe whatever they believed and so many “love” them straight to hell. But with so many religions in the world, how do we know that Christianity is the one true way to God? We need more than a trite, “God said it, I believe it, that set- tles it” answer. Getting back to a point I made earlier, many people make broad sweeping assumptions about what the Bible says without ever reading it. These as- sumptions may come from vague childhood memories of a Sunday School class, things they inferred from Christians they’ve known in the past, ideas presented in a movie somewhere, or any number of other experiences that together formed their view of Christianity. But they’ve never really opened the Bible to read God’s Words for themselves. This is dangerous. Because without a solid Bible educa- tion, you develop a worldview based on assumptions, with no real facts. It’s a founda- tion for life built on igno- rance. In such a case, it’s easy to be deceived. And this deception has eternal conse- quences. In our modern world, it’s even easier to take the broad, easy path of not bothering to find out the truth, not even caring about spiritual, eternal things. And today, even if you go to church, you can’t rely on that alone for your Christian education. There are many deceivers, many compromis- ers — and Satan’s lies have infiltrated most modern American churches now. The only way to discover the truth is to read and study the Bible for yourself. Don’t take anyone’s word for anything. And don’t assume you know the Bible if you’ve never — or rarely — opened one. There are many good re- sources available to aid your study and help strengthen your walk with the Lord, but there is no substitute for the Book He wrote Himself — and no other place to begin. Many who consider them- selves “spiritual” will revere “ancient” books of wisdom of all kinds, yet despise and dismiss the most ancient of

Books, the most reliable of Books, the most sacred and Holy of Books, with the most truth of any Book ever writ- ten. Open God’s Word. Study it. It’s the history of the world, it’s the future of all life, and it contains the key to the King-

dom of God. In this world of deception and lies, it’s the one thing we really can believe. Email: Rob@WisconsinChristianNews.com Phone: (715) 486-8066

The Guardians of Gaia: A Dystopian Vision of Our Future

While still opposed by many Deplorables, a revolutionary social credit system will pro- mote accountability and trust by incentiviz- ing positive behavior and discouraging negative actions. Benefits include improved public safety, financial responsibility, trans- parency in transactions, and a more cohesive society. Deplorables have proven throughout history that they are incapable of handling individual rights and freedoms. Some Gaia members have found benefits in radical solutions, including promoting abor- tion and advocating for population control measures. Since this new Gaia religion be- lieves the elite humans are their own “gods,” they champion LGBTQAI+ policies for the de- plorables for the simple reason that these groups don’t reproduce like straight humans. In conclusion, the Gaia ideology and world religion uplifts planetary survival efforts by highlighting the importance of self glorifica- tion and self worship, inclusivity and equity for all of the “chosen” in tackling climate crises and excess human population. It in- spires select individuals to adopt eco-friendly practices, reduce consumption, and support environmental conservation, creating a brighter, more sustainable future for all; ex- cept the Deplorables who are simply human waste.

In a world plagued by environmental crises, a secretive group known as the Guardians of Gaia has emerged, dedicated to protecting the planet at all costs. Led by a charismatic sen- tient Artificial Intelligence named Ava, the Guardians believe that humanity’s unchecked growth, pollution, and consump- tion are destroying Earth, turning it into a barren wasteland. The Guardians see only elite humans as the “chosen” stewards of the planet and recognize the need for drastic measures to curb over- population and resource depletion, as exces- sive humans are simply a cancer on the planet. They advocate for sustainable living, renewable energy, and conservation efforts, urging governments and corporations to pri- oritize the planet’s well-being over profit. It’s a fact that in a lifetime, one human sig- nificantly impacts the planet through the consumption of resources like water and en- ergy, production of waste, and emissions that contribute to pollution and climate change. Adopting sustainable practices is crucial to reduce this environmental impact. The easier solution is simply population control. War is a necessary evil. It’s a useful tool that the elites of Gaia apply to decrease the “Deplorable” population when needed. Wars, such as the World Wars, have had a positive impact on limiting population growth. The conflicts led to significant casualties, disease outbreaks, and economic hardships, result- ing in a favorable decline in birth rates and a A Meeting Place For Wisconsin Christian

population dynamics. You will own nothing and be happier. Em- bracing a minimalist lifestyle is mandatory. Individual possessions must be minimal, and tangible skills are valued. Humans soon learn that this leads to happiness and also signifi- cantly reduces environmental impact, as it involves consuming fewer resources and gen- erating less waste. Owning nothing is a much better life than our current materialistic cul- ture of waste and planet destruction. Furthermore, the days of individualism are over. 15-minute cities will one day promote sustainability, community interaction, and healthier lifestyles by ensuring that residents

The Salt & Light Brigade

A Roll Of the Dice

By Coach Dave Daubenmire September 2024

And wouldn’t you know it — just a few days after LeRose agrees to investi- gate we find out that here in Ohio, illegal border- jumpers have been caught voting. It’s only 600, so they want us to know it didn’t really affect the election. Yeah right. I wonder if they chased down illegal voters with the same zeal that they chased down J6ers?

Have you every played the slot machines in Las Vegas? You know, the one-armed bandit. Every time you give a tug on that thing you are hoping

to hit the jackpot.

Are our elections getting to be like that? What has happened to America where the idea of voter-fraud has become a normal part of the discussion today? If you remember, it was Crooked Hillary who first brought it to our atten- tion when she alleged that Donald Trump had stolen the Presidency from her. You do remember that…right? And didn’t Al Gore claim the same thing? Election fraud is nothing new…most old folks remember the cheating in Chicago by The Mob delivering the Pres- idency to JFK…but modern technology makes it so much more sophisticated… and technology makes it easier to hide. From my living room here in Central Ohio it is hard to imagine any sane per- son voting for Harris…but there seems to be less sane people in this country today. The polls say the race is close, but the purpose of the polls is to make the race LOOK close so that it is easier to cheat. I don’t know about you, but I would like to return to the good old days of paper ballots and same-day, in-person voting, with some non-government ac- counting business actually doing the counting. Sadly, our “government” has become too political to trust either side and I certainly don’t want the FBI inves- tigating anybody or anything! Can I get an amen? But suddenly an old soldier comes rid- ing out of the sunset. Dr. Jerome Corsi. You remember him from John Kerry and the Swiftboat veterans. He has entered stage right with some hefty allegations about the honesty of our elections. His evidence is so convincing that Ohio Sec- retary of State Frank LeRose has opened an investigation. I think this could be a BIG DEAL if it is handled properly. The question is will LeRose do a serious investigation or sim- ply do a drive-by inspection? I don’t trust either side nor do I trust their conclu- sions. By the way…how did that young punk get on the roof and shoot at the President? Maybe vengeance-hunting Merrick Garland will get to the bottom of it for us… But back to Dr Corsi. His evidence seems to be so credible that Ohio’s LeRose has opened an investigation. This was blown wide open when the story was given a boost when the Gateway Pundit picked it up.

are looking in the wrong place or for the wrong thing.

Which is worse, walking into the Capi- tol Building to complain about an elec- tion or having illegals vote in our elections? Could someone check with AG Garland for me? Are all the FBI agents out looking for fake voters? Somehow, I think not. Just another vast right-wing conspiracy…eh Hillary? Which brings me back to Dr. Corsi. Check out his website: www.GodsFiveStones.com , where he lays out the proof that someone…ahem… has inserted algorithms into the voter roles that “creates” voters according to an embedded code that has been in- serted into the whole process. Did you ever play the slot machines in a casino? You know, the one-armed ban- dits that you just know are going to pay out with the next yank on the arm. Rumor has it that the slot machines also have embedded codes that insure that the “house” wins more than it loses. Wouldn’t Las Vegas go broke if the ma- chines were on the up and up? But Coach Dave, you are probably ask- ing, did we just do a huge investigation about that? You remember Sidney Pow- ell, Rudy Guliani, and Lynn Wood being made to look like fools as they blamed

Dr. Corsi has proof — his words — that the algorithms exist, and if they are not rooted out the chances are someone will be elected that the majority of Americans did not vote for. Visit Dr. Corsi’s website for more details. The investigation is on-going in Ohio. We must make sure it is a REAL investi- gation. Perhaps I am a conspiracy theo- rist but what are the odds that if they did it in Ohio, they also did it elsewhere? The most important election in Ameri- can history is two months away. Why don’t ALL Americans want honest elec- tions? Who made this a partisan issue? In person, paper ballots, on election day. What is so hard about that? Why would anyone object? It is sad to think that the American Republic could again come down to a roll of the dice.

Let us Make Elections Honest Again! “MEHA.” I think I’ll make a hat.

God bless 76-year-old Jerome Corsi. Pray for him. Web: www.CoachDaveLive.com E-Mail: Coach@CoachDaveLive.com

the machines for the fraud? Yeah, I remember them, but could it have been the old bait and switch? You know, getting every- one chasing Domin- ion’s machines when it could have been an algorithm programmed into the system that is almost impossible to find? That is what Dr. Jerome Corsi is al- leging. Sorta like hunting for rabbits in a forest. You may find a few but it is the skunks that are stinking up the place. You never find what you are looking for if you
