Promotional display spaces are stand-alone opportunities for interaction with Air Show attendees. Promotional display spaces are placed in high-traffic areas of the Air Show event space, determined by MWR. These high-profile display spaces afford a perfect opportunity for mobile marketing, product sampling and lead-gathering. This is an ideal Event to measure product awareness and/or survey the thousands of daily attendees. We provide the event, attendees, and spot, and you set up your space in a pre-determined key location we choose for you in our venue. Booth spaces may be located near venue entrances and exits, along the food and beverage line, or in other high-traffic areas throughout the venue. Promotional Display Sponsors are provided the space and permitted to display signage within their promotional space, and their logo is placed on the official Air Show website. Sponsors must provide their tent (branded tents are allowed) . Sponsors MUST be present for both days of the Event.

• One (1) 10-ft. (frontage) by 10-ft. space = $3,000
• One (1) 15-ft. (frontage) by 15-ft. space = $3,500
• One (1) 20-ft. (frontage) by 20-ft. space = $4,000 • One (1) 30-ft. (frontage) by 20-ft. space = $4,750
• One (1) 40-ft. (frontage) by 20-ft. space = $5,000
• One (1) 30-ft. (frontage) by 30-ft. space = $5,500
