Blue Angels Homecoming Air Show - November 1-2, 2024

⮚ Host a VIP reception or private event in one of our private Corporate Hospitality Chalets. ⮚ Promotional space to showcase your business.

Benefits: • PROMOTIONAL SPACE – A designated 50-ft. by 80-ft. promotional space to showcase promotional items, distribution of literature, and/or sampling of products. Prominent display of corporate signage and banners on the booth (optional). Promotional space includes one (1) 8-ft. table and two (2) chairs. Sponsor is encouraged to provide their own branded tent. • BANNERS – Display eight (8) sponsor-provided banners, not to exceed 6-ft wide by 3-ft tall , positioned at high visibility locations around the event area. One (1) banner, provided by MWR, will be displayed outside the Sponsor chalet. • ANNOUCEMENTS – Receive acknowledgement as an Air Show sponsor via the announcer eight (8) times a day, for a total of sixteen (16) announcements. • WEBSITE - Logo displayed on the homepage & Sponsor page of the official Event website, www.naspensacolaairshow.com, accompanied by a direct link to your website. • PROGRAM – Full-page advertisement in the official Air Show program. Ad specs are 5.5 inches wide by 8.5 inches tall . • SPEAKER TOWER SIGN – The sponsor’s logo will be displayed on twenty (20) speaker towers positioned at the show front and throughout the Event. • PRIVATE FLIGHT LINE CHALET - A private Flight Line Chalet for Friday & Saturday, to include one (1) 20-ft. by 30-ft. tent for Sponsor’s use, along with 30-ft. by 75-ft. of show line viewing area, with one hundred fifty (150) chairs and four (4) 8- ft. tables. Catered lunch on Friday & Saturday from 11 AM-1:30 PM and complimentary non-alcoholic beverages for invited guests each day, one hundred fifty (150) Chalet wristbands for each day of the Event, for a total of three hundred (300) wristbands. Sponsor is responsible for procuring any additional tables or chairs desired. Sponsor is strongly urged to personalize the Chalet space according to their unique brand aesthetics and preferences. Thursday, October 31, 2024 is the day to setup and decorate your private chalet. • PRIVATE CHALET BAR – This exclusive feature includes two MWR staff members, serving a curated selection of beer, seltzer, wine, a Bloody Mary Bar and Mimosa Bar in your chalet. Costs of drinks and staffing included in sponsorship package. • COMMEMORATIVE POSTER & PROGRAM – One hundred fifty (150) commemorative posters and programs provided by MWR each day for Sponsor to give to guests of Chalet, for a total of three hundred (300) commemorative posters and programs. • PARKING - Thirty (30) Sponsor Parking Passes for each day of the Air Show, for a total of sixty (60) passes. • FULFILLMENT REPORT – A complete fulfillment report at the conclusion of the Event. • EXPOSURE - The Air Show generates consistent audience involvement and offers sponsors unique and cost-effective opportunities to promote their products and services and interact with over 200,000 Air Show attendees. • MEDIA - Outstanding photo and video media opportunities. The Air Show receives a great deal of media coverage, including national and local network television, radio, newspaper, local magazine, and cable television. Additional Benefits: • SPONSOR SOCIAL – Twenty-four (24) invitations to the Sponsor Social at the National Naval Aviation Museum, NAS Pensacola. Enjoy music, dinner, beverages and get your favorite performers’ autographs! • AWARD – Present the sponsor a token of appreciation during the Sponsor Social to express our gratitude.

• Private restroom facilities in the Corporate Chalet area. • Two (2) Sponsor rides with an aerobatic performer.
