Canyon Lakes Brewing Company Canyon Lakes, owned by the Bliven family, is located at the Johnson Lake State Recreation Area, the heart of the four-lake complex on the Tri-County Canal, also known as the “canyon lakes”. The building has a long history at Johnson Lake, a previous hotspot for locals and tourists alike. Opened in 2019, the brewery offers several brews plus dining options. Stock Car Races One can also enjoy the stock car races during the summer months at the Dawson County Raceway located at the Dawson County Fairgrounds. Five classes of racing will thrill the crowd:

Mac’s Creek Winery & Brewery Mac’s Creek Winery & Brewery is family owned and operated by the McFarland’s since 2001 and is located one-half mile north of Lexington along the banks of Spring Creek. Enjoy wines, hard ciders, craft beers, as well as walking trails, creekside fire pits, and quaint cottages. Once you arrive you’ll want to stay the entire day!
