Business Cards and Marketing PTCs are allocated a budget of £100 marketing spend that you can use towards items such as business cards, leaflets or even a pop-up stand if you are planning on attending events. Once you have completed the training, you will be able to order marketing materials. You will receive an email from our marketing supplier Aztec, which will include your log- in details.

Ticket Wallets, Welcome Home cards and Thank You for booking cards will remain FREE OF CHARGE to our PTCs. Hays Travel will cover all costs associated with these excluding the postage charge. (You can choose to offset postage costs within your £100 credit if you so wish). The £100 per PTC renews in line with Hays Travel Financial year currently 1st May -30th April. Business Development Our Business Development Coaches all have extensive travel backgrounds in several different roles, many of whom have worked for Hays for many years. We believe that there is nothing better than the personal touch; so, they will be on hand to guide you through your journey as a Hays Travel Homeworker every step of the way. They will review what business development you may require to achieve the most out of your business and will tailor this to your specific needs.

Important Monthly Management Fees Your monthly management fees should be paid by direct debit. We will send you a Direct Debit mandate via DocuSign. We will request your first payment in the month you start your training course. Your first Direct Debit payment will be requested on or around the 20th of each month. You may receive a call from our finance team prior to your start date to confirm the details provided. Fees are £55 per month Finance and Commission payments Our finance team provide support on any financial queries you may have; this could be anything from transactions to commissions. You have access to several reporting systems to view your sales and commissions daily, and there will be a demonstration during your training on how to use these. Homeworking Operations We have a centralised Homeworking operations team who are based in our Sunderland head office. The team are just a phone call, live chat, or email away and they’ll do everything they can to help with your questions or queries.
