PBADOA ended 2019 with an outstanding Holiday Social. We are extremely grateful to our members who helped us raise $1,440 for The Attic, a local non-profit organization that helps meet the needs of foster families. During our celebration, we were honored to recognize two of our members for their outstanding work with PBADOA. Kaprice Pearson was the recipient of our 2019 Honorary Lifetime Achievement award. Kaprice has had numerous roles on the Board including: Treasurer,Vice President, President, Board Advisor, and Seminar Committee Chair. She also volunteered to serve as NADOA Liaison for two years. Kaprice has devoted countless hours of hard work and dedication to ensure PBADOA is a success. She worked very hard to successfully increase our number of scholarships granted for the NADOA Institute. PBADOA is grateful for her positive attitude and fearless leadership. Jennifer Lujano received our 2020 Member of the Year Award. Jennifer served on the PBADOA Board as Membership Director, Secretary,Treasurer, and NADOA Liaison. She has an incredible work ethic that keeps PBADOA organized and efficient.The Board is grateful for her research and leadership in updating our website. It is now more “user-friendly” and beneficial to our members and board.Thank you for always exceeding our expectations! Professional – Graduated from Southwestern Oklahoma State University in 1993 with a BS in Business Management. Worked in the financial services industry from 1994 – 2000 and then started as a recruiter for Rogers State University in Claremore, OK in 2001. Transferred to the Budget
& Accounting group at RSU in 2004 and graduated in 2005 from Langston – Tulsa with a BA in Accounting.
