Sale Location The sale will be held in our shop located at 6965th Ave N. Towner, ND 58788. Bulls will be available for viewing by 10:00 am sale day. Directions From Hwy 2 turn North on 5th Ave N (MM177) approximately 8 miles North (3/4 of a mile North of the intersection of 5th Ave North and 69th St N) West side of road. From Upham SE on 14 to 5th Ave North, turn South Approximately 9 miles South on West side of the road. From Towner Northwest on Hwy 14 to 68th St North, turn West approximately 11 miles turn North on 5th Ave N, 1-3/4 miles North on West side of road. Herd Health Bulls and heifers have had Nasalgen 3 PMH, and Ultrachoice 7 and Endovac Beef at branding. Vista Once SQ and Vision 7 Somnus at weaning and were boosted with Bovishield Gold 5, and Vision 7 Somnus. They will be vaccinated with Vista 5VL5, Endovac Beef, and poured before delivery. All cows have tested negative for Johnes Disease. All bulls will pass a breeding soundness exam prior to delivery.
Terms of Payment All cattle are to be paid for sale day unless prior arrangements have been made.
Guarantee All bulls sell with 90 day breeding season guarantee. Guarantee will be 1/2 of purchase price less salvage value. Ex. $3,500 bull with salvage value of $1,000 would be a credit of $1,250.
Delivery Free delivery within 250 miles. Delivery will start after April 15th.
