The annual summer Ministerial Insti­ tute, conducted by the Bible Institute of Los Angeles, will be held this year at Montrose, Pa., conference grounds, July 13-20. This conference is for ministers, missionaries, evangelists and Christian workers, and the teachers will be Dr. R. A. Torrey, Dr. A. C. Dixon, Dr. Ralph Atkinson, and various classes will be con­ ducted by special speakers, missionaires, singers, and religious leaders, the full program as yet not being announced. Tuition at this institute is free and no dues or registration are required. Rooms or tents with board at the dining hall may be secured for $1.75 to $2.00 per day. The Ministerial Institute will be fol­ lowed by the Montrose General Bible Conference from July 30th to August 8th. The speakers will be Dr. Ralph Atkinson, Los Angeles, Dr. H. W. Bieber, Philadelphia, Dr. A. C. Dixon, Los An­ geles, Dr. L. W. Munhall, Philadelphia, Dr. John M. Maclnniss, Syracuse, N. Y., Dr. R. A. Torrey, Los Angeles. Several other well known speakers and singers have been invited. Notices just sent out to members of the Bible Institute Alumni Association of which Charles Stevenson is the president, announce the annual meeting to be heM at the Institute, Tuesday, Jun^ 22d. Supper will follow the meeting in the Institute dining hall. Members unable to at­ tend should send letter of greeting at once. The association has undertaken a scholarship fund, which all members who are financially able, should contribute toward. Each member is sup­ posed to give at least a dollar a year to this fund. We are printing in this issue a picture of the Fishermen Club male quartette and evange­ listic party. M. H. Reynolds is the evangelist of the party, Earl Cochran is soloist and choir leader, and the quartette is comprised of Messrs. P. S. Schmidt, J. Willems, A. Willems and P. Eitzen. Last summer the organization traveled by automobile through many towns and cities of California, holding meetings wherever oppor­ tunity was afforded and doing personal work in the streets throughout the day time. They re­ ported wonderful results at the close of their season and were encouraged to repeat the pro­ gram this year. They^ expect to leave June 25th, probably participating in the Christian En­ deavor convention at Fresno, thence to Turlock and Ashland, Oregon. They will then travel to­ ward^Washington where they will hold meet­ ings in Sedro-Woolley where Rev. Neil J. Barnes, a former student, is pastor. For two months they will hold meetings in Scagit Valley, Wash­ ington, and the following two months will work south into Oregon and northern California.
