At least twice a week we meet specially in order to unitedly lift our hearts to Him on your behalf. Remember, when the days are not very bright and the evil one seems to be pressing hard, God in love has raised up intercessors who are thinking of you. A Great and Effectual Door Opened In this great and blessed work that God has committed to us we look upon you at home as in the very fullest sense fellow laborers with us for Christ. We hope that you share this feeling, and that you have a real consciousness of partnership in this service. We realize most deeply, and most gratefully too, that it is largely in answer to your prayers that God has given such won derful blessing in the past, and that the future of the work depends just as much upon you at home as upon us out here on the field. What encouragement and inspiration was brought to us recently by a letter that came to hand on a day when it seemed utterly impossible to get through with the day’s work, our friends wrote:
