Welcome to our 5th annual online production sale! We would like to thank everyone who showed interest in our bulls and females last year, and added TW Angus genetics to their operations. We are really excited about this year’s offering of Angus and SimAngus bulls, along with a group of outstanding open females! Looking through the sale cattle, we think this is our best set yet and we can’t wait to walk through them with you. Our family is dedicated to the seedstock business with a goal of producing highly productive cattle for both the buyer and ourselves. We have spent the last decade focusing on our cow herd, and although our foundation females are aging out, we are proud of what their offspring are doing for us in all aspects; maternal traits structurally correct, eye appeal, great dispositions, and just good functional cattle. There is always room for improvement, and we hold ourselves accountable to do just that. Calves were weaned September 7th and have never been offered creep. They were started on free choice oats hay, calf crunch feed and then transitioned into our custom feed. Dr. Robbi Pritchard continues to develop diets for our cattle. Bulls and heifer calves are offered Crystalyx Blueprint Battalion supplement for the first two months before transitioning to a natural protein supplement from Crystalyx. Something new this year in the growing of these cattle by utilizing the feedwagon and feeding via our fenceline feedbunks. This is an exciting time to be in the cattle business. It’s a good year to expand a cow herd with fresh females and reload on herd bulls. We hope the optimism continues for everyone within the beef business! Our sale will again be held online as a timed event. Bids open Saturday, March 7th at 2:00pm CST on DV Auction. Bids close Sunday, March 8th at 7:00pm CST. (Please be sure to register on DV Auction prior to sale weekend.) Our Bulls & Brews Open House is Saturday, March 7th from 11:00 AM-3:00 PM. All sale cattle will be on display. We invite you to come view the cattle, and enjoy food and drinks on us! We encourage all to come and view the cattle in person as pictures and videos don’t always do them justice.
