Dr. Caitlin C. Walker is an organizational leader and development coach and consultant, specializing in the intersection of equity, education, and economic advancement with expertise in technology integration, data driven strategy, and system building in public, private, and nonprofit settings. Originally from the Rio Grande Valley, she has served the rural and under-resourced communities of Texas for over a decade and has provided development support for individuals and organizations throughout the country. Outside of her coaching and consulting company, her experience includes leading learning and development for a rural healthcare system as the Director of Education, empowering life change as the VP of Program Delivery and Student Experience for the only accredited coding bootcamp in Texas, promoting economic development as the Director of Minority Business Development for a small business chamber of commerce, and founding a nonprofit organization that provides tech literacy training for her fellow Hispanic women. In addition to her clinical doctorate in physical therapy from Texas State University, Dr. C holds a Master of Business Administration from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi and certifications in life and executive coaching, organizational development, learning and development, talent acquisition, and diversity and inclusion. She has also completed management and leadership training with Johns Hopkins University and a professional graduate certificate in Learning Design and Technology from Harvard Extension School. Dr. C is currently completing her Doctor of Education in Educational Sustainability at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point as she continues to work to build more equitable programs and communities.
