Terms & Conditions 1. BIDDING: Each animal will be sold to the highest bidder without reserve. 2. BIDDING DISPUTES: The Auctioneer in charge will settle any disputes as to bids, and his decision on such matters shall be final. 3. TERMS: Terms of this sale are cash, unless prior arrangements have been made with the management. No animals will be permitted to be removed from the premises until settlement is made. 4. PURCHASER’S RISK: Each animal becomes the risk of the purchaser as soon as sold. Animals will be cared for after the sale without cost to the purchaser for a reasonable and customary period of time, but at the purchaser’s risk as to loss or injury, and will be loaded according to the purchaser’s direction without cost to him. 5. CATALOG CHANGES: Any changes from information printed in this catalog will be announced from the auction block at the time the animal is sold and such announce- ments shall take precedence. 6. CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRY: A certificate of registry will be furnished for each individually lotted animal sold, except as noted. Bred females are sold as commercial with papers available for $100 over the purchase price if they are available. 7. LIABILITY: All persons who attend the sale do so at their own risk and the manage ment assumes no liability, legal or otherwise, for the safety or behavior of the animals. 8. GUARANTEES: All animals sold in this sale are guaranteed to be breeders, provided they are properly handled and cared for. If any animal fails to breed, the seller must be notified within 6 months of the date of sale. If the animal is in a sound, healthy condition, the buyer may return it to the seller, who shall have 6 months to test it. If the animal then proves to be a non-breeder, a satisfactory exchange will be made or the purchase price refunded (customary recommended rules). Guarantee does not apply to injured or sick animals. 9. HEALTH: All cattle in this sale are in excellent condition and health. All females have been Officially Calfhood Vaccinated. It is our intention to offer only bulls that are gentle, sound and have the quality to improve the genetics of your herd. It is no secret that our herd is maternally focused and our goal for each bull that we offer is that they be able to generate productive, sound-uddered, ef - ficient replacement females that will improve each new generation of your cowherd. All bulls that could potentially be homozygous black have been DNA tested for the homozygous black genotype. The test results were not yet available as of catalog press time. You will be able to veiw the results on our website as soon as they become available. As of sale time, the bulls will all have been ultrasound scanned for carcass traits and semen tested. Only bulls that have passed a semen test will be sold in the sale. Be sure to check our website for additional information.
