J-C SCALE CRUSHER 2259

This son of Connealy Emerald (pictured left) was a bull we raised and retained as a herd sire. He was our heaviest calf at weaning at 842 lbs. adjusted 205 day wt of 820, ratio 121. He went on to perform very well on test at Tucumcari, gaining 4.64 lbs. per day (rto 120.69) with a WDA of 3.90 (rto 122.39), and converted 6.01 lbs. of feed per lb. of gain (rto 120.23), placing him 3rd overall index in the 22-23 bull test. He scanned 5.77 IMF and 17.5 Ribeye. He ended the test at 1508 lbs. (First bull in history of test to exceed 1500 lbs!) Very deep and thick, he definitely earned the name “Scale Crusher!” CED BW WW YW SC MILK MH DOC PAP MARB RE $G $B $C +5 +2.5 +91 +159 +1.23 +24 +.9 +32 +3.56 +.96 +.79 +69 +168 +294 60% 80% 4% 5% 30% 65% 15% 3% 95% 25% 35% 25% 30% 25% This “Ascension” son (pictured left) was a favorite at the Tucumcari Bull Test Sale in 2021 and was retained as a herd sire.
