This 2XL Bronc 8153 (pictured left) son was one of our top bulls in 2022 that was retained as a herd sire. He gained 4.60 on test, ratio 114.54 and converted 3.69 lbs. of feed per lb. of gain, ratio 125.47. He scanned well with a 7.29% IMF and 15.2 Ribeye. Very moderate in size and attractive with good growth (top 50% WW and YW), marbling (top 20%), BW (top 25%), $G (top 30%), and $C (top 20%). This “Sitz Resilient 10208” (pictured left) son out of an excellent Resistol daughter was the top indexing bull in the 23-24 Tucumcari Bull Test where he gained 5.45 lbs. per day, ratio 143.2 and converted 4.24 lbs. of feed per lb. of gain, ratio 124.6. He started life with a 70 lb. BW, adjusted WWT of 647, rto 106, adjusted YW of 1364, rto 109. Scanned with a 104 IMF rto, 15.5 REA. We really liked this bull and retained him as a herd sire. This bull just does a lot of things right! He is extremely stylish and attractive. He scanned a 5.03% IMF, rto 148, and a 18.3 Ribeye, rto 111. We just had to keep this bull and use him in our herd! Good calving ease and growth as well as marbling and style. This “B A R Dynamic” (pictured left) son out of a really nice Treasure daughter was another one of our top bulls in the 23-24 Tucumcari Bull Test that was retained as a herd sire. He had a 70 lb. BW and gained 4.02 lbs. per day on test. He scanned a 106 rto for IMF and 102 for RE. He is extremely easy calving yet has top growth EPDs and really good marbling, a true curve bender. It is unusual to find a bull with top 10% CED, 3% BW, along with top 10% WW and 5% YW. Use for calving ease and performance as well as great marbling.
