High Load Capacity The glazing robot is designed to combine maximum compactness with maximum lifting capacity. It is just 860mm wide and 1950mm long, yet has a maximum SWL of 415kg. It can also carry glass panels up to 200kg held parallel to the machine to aid transport in congested space.

Double Hydraulic Boom This Winlet glazing robot has a longer reach than other machines in the range, thanks to its two hydraulic booms. It gives the 400 TL more reach and working height than other glazing robots of a comparable size. For example, it can boom out 1950mm, with a maximum safe working load of 215kg.

Manipulator Head This places glass sheets in apertures under hydraulic power. The glass can be tilted through 141 0 to be placed horizontally directly overhead. Linear side shift and smart controls that keep the load in the same plane as it is moved up and down ensures 100% installation precision.

Steering Control Arm The Winlet glazing robot is moved into position using the steering arm. At the same time, the operator controls the speed of movement via the

steering arm control pad.

Vacuum cups The Winlet glazing robot has a vacuum lifter with four cups. Extension arms can be fitted to increase the pad spread. They allow the glazing robot to lift glass and other non-porous, smooth materials, such as plastic, metal, stone and wood. Special cups can be fitted to lift non- smooth materials, like glass reinforced concrete.

rough terrain. This is helpful on construction sites with soft and uneven ground, especially when the glazing robot needs to transport its load to where it is being installed.
