T he Niko Bathrooms team has and the reaction from retailers, merchants and bathrooms showrooms nationwide couldn’t be better. “There has been great instant feedback from retailers who have displays in their showrooms,” celebrated Alan Maguire, Niko Bathrooms Retail Sales Director, Leinster. “If you haven’t seen it yet, LARGA is a must-see”. Aptly named, LARGA is the Spanish word for ‘long’, making it synonymous with the scope of this new range that offers homeowners the versatility to extend their design options to limitless combinations. LARGA has been inspired by the knowledge that customers want to be creative within recently launched LARGA, their new modular bathroom furniture range, their bathroom space, without the need to compromise on design styles, whether they have restricted space or in some cases, too much space and don’t know how to optimise it. “This range will allow people to express their own personal choice; it’s all about combination and personalisation,” commented Cathy Orr, Group Marketing Manager at Niko Bathrooms. “Sometimes people like a furniture piece in the
showroom, for example, but it is not available in the size they are looking for. This range provides more freedom of choice for bathrooms of any size.” THE MODULAR JOURNEY LARGA brings the customer through a journey of selection and choice, step by step. It starts with selecting the furniture piece and then making the ever-important colour choice from a refined palette reflecting the latest in design trends and popular tones: white, grey or powder blue. “It is possible even to mix and match cabinet and unit colours for a patchwork design,” Cathy explained. The countertops are available in white, grey, blue, white marble and black marble, and in as many as a variety of length options: 60, 80, 100, 140, 160 and 180cm. The next step is deciding on the washbasin style, with the option of an inset or countertop model. Then, the customer can complement their furniture by choosing cabinets and brassware, including finishings in black, chrome and brass.

PEACE OF MIND The elegantly designed LARGA basins feature ultra-thin 5-6mm edges, but their durability is enhanced by ROCKLITE ceramic, which is strong yet ductile and has unrivalled impact resistance. The furniture tops are manufactured with AQUASAFE technology. Thanks to an additional anti-fungal impregnation and a modified density of the board, these elements are more resistant to water absorption and humidity in the bathroom.
