Off to a great start
T he new City Plumbing a large trade counter and a modern bathroom showroom. The area has been designed with an open, inviting space and a customer-interaction desk in a central position to offer a unique experience in the showroom. Sandyford branch features front-of-house shopping, The team is led by Branch Manager Quintin Byrne and Assistant Branch Manager Niall Hicks. “Both have plenty of experience, are well-known in the industry, and have added great value to the City Plumbing brand with their drive and energy,” said Regional Sales Manager Barry Lowe. The team is supported by Regional Sales Representative Alan Ray. Quintin has been in the industry for 30 years, having extensive
experience working within the bathroom and plumbing sectors. Quintin was eager to put all these decades of knowledge into practice for the opening of the new City Plumbing branch. “It is a very exciting time, and it was great to work alongside the team from Ballymount to learn more about the business in the months leading up to the official opening,” he commented. “That branch is extremely busy, to say the least, and we all had to work together to achieve goals of training and product knowledge.” CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE City Plumbing is renowned for offering excellent customer
