TASTING NOTES A straw yellow color, with a fine and persistent perlage. The perfume on the nose offers fresh floral aromas and a pleasantly fruity note in which references to apple and pear can be recognized. Freshness and aromaticity are supported by a good mineral texture to which are added delicate fruity hints and a pleasant closure that recalls the crust of bread.
