Never before has GKB opened the gate on an entire calf crop from our Brangus program. This year, we are offering your choice of any 100% owned GKB calf from the fall 2025 crop. There’s over 100 to pick from (40% of which are the result of ET or AI) - including over 50 heifers. With semen commanding over $12,000/straw at the annual GKB Brangus Production sale the past 2 years, there is no doubt the 14 calves sired by GKB All in of Ace 313L will be some of the main attractions. Beyond that, over half the calf crop from the fall of 2024 are sired by either the $90,000 Frontline or the 2 time Show Bull of the Year Perfect Storm. This past December, GKB sold a $49,000 female from the 767 cow family and her full sister in blood is part of this choice. A maternal sib to the $37,500 Lot 1 female from the 2025 December sale is also part of the fall calf crop as well. This year, Perfect Storm was one of featured sires in the GKB sale and his dam is a big part of the GKB program. The fall calf crop has 6 maternal sibs to Perfect Storm and more than 15 from the distinguished 804 cow family. GKB has continued to lean into the 329 cow family with 5 full sisters out of 329F2 - all sired by Frontline are part of the offering. This mating produced 2 siblings that averaged $29,500 back in December. This set of calves is exceptional to say the very least and there is something that fits in any program. Make plans to come to Desdemona to experience our hospitality and spend the day looking through our program when you make your herd changing selection from the fall 2025 calf crop. Special terms: If a bull is selected, GKB would retain 1/2 semen interest, and if a heifer is chosen, GKB would retain 2 flushes that produce a minimum total of 15 embryos. Any partnership progeny would not be part of the pick. We ask that you make your selection by May 1st 2026.
