HERJIT RUBIO ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY H erjit is a talented attorney based out of Dordick Law Corporation‘s Riverside office and has ten years of experience in the legal field. Her wide- ranging litigation practice focuses on matters including but not limited to catastrophic personal injury, premises liability, and wrongful death. Before joining Dordick Law, Herjit was a national civil litigation firm partner, defending against countless high- stakes personal injury cases across various sectors. This invaluable experience gives her a unique perspective on the intricacies of the law and strategies employed by opposing counsel. Driven by a passion for justice and a desire to advocate for those wronged, her practice now focuses solely on personal injury litigation. She is dedicated to assisting those who have been wronged to navigate their cases’ complexities and ensuring they receive the compensation they deserve. Herjit graduated magna cum laude from Whittier Law School. While in law school, she was awarded the Dean’s Merit Scholarship for academic distinction for all three years she attended. She also received the Cali Award (the highest grade) in Professional Skills: Litigation. During law school, she interned for the mental health unit of the Orange County Public Defender’s Office, where she assisted in representing indigent clientele subject to civil mental health commitments. She also worked as a certified law clerk at the Riverside City Attorney’s Office and a certified law clerk for the United States Attorney’s Office, where she assisted in representing the United States in both civil and criminal federal cases. JOSH MOLCHAN ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY J osh represents individuals in personal injury and wrongful death cases. He has extensive experience handling serious injury cases, including those involving traumatic brain injuries, spinal injuries, nerve damage, paralysis, amputations, and fatal injuries. His background also includes injury and wrongful death cases arising from commercial vehicle collisions, explosions, electrocutions, premises liability, and workplace accidents. Mr. Molchan earned his law degree from Southwestern Law School after completing his undergraduate studies at Long Beach State University, where he was a member of the Men’s Golf Team. While in law school, he gained valuable experience clerking in private practice criminal defense, assisting in the defense of individuals facing high- stakes state and federal investigations and prosecutions. Since joining Dordick Law Corporation, Mr. Molchan has worked alongside Dylan Dordick on a wide range of personal injury cases. In 2024 alone, he helped recover over $50 million in verdicts/settlements for clients suffering from catastrophic injuries, including wrongful death, traumatic brain injuries, spine injuries, and amputations. Mr. Molchan is licensed to practice law in California and is a proud member of the Consumer Attorneys of California (CAOC) and Beverly Hills Bar Association.
