February 2024 Successful applicants receive a link to complete an online assessment.
February / March 2024 Successful applicants receive invitation to attend an assessment centre scheduled for April 2022
April 2024 Office based assessment day whereby candidates undertake a series of individual and group tasks and are given the opportunity to network with Fladgate staff and partners
May 2024 Successful applicants are invited to attend an interview with a partner and a member of HR
June / July 2024 1 week office-based paid vacation scheme
July 2024 Successful applicants are formally offered a training contract at Fladgate, commencing September 2025
