PENTA FLEX
The Penta Flex is special as the body can be constructed as an A-Frame or in straight way. A-Frame bodies are common in beverage distribution and glass industry. The floor can have a certain inclination so that cargo will move automatically to the middle of the trailer. The Penta Flex doors and vertical sticks are equipped with hinges and are connected through a steel- or aluminium tube to the lower brackets. These hinges make sure the A-Frame body can be easily made. As with the Penta City, the folding strips in the upper and lower part of the curtain guarantee the perfect curve while opening the side curtain.
Dieses System ist besonders, weil es A-Frame förmig oder gerade aufgebaut werden kann. A-Frame Aufbauten sind im Getränkehandel und bei Glastransportern üblich. Bei Getränkewagen hat der Boden manchmal eine gewisse Neigung und wird die Ladung automatisch zum Inneren des Aufbaus neigen. Die Penta Flex Türen und die vertikalen Spriegeln sind mit Scharnieren ausgestattet und mittels ein Stahl- oder Aluminiumrohr mit den unteren Konsolen verbunden. Diese schwenkbare Rollenfunktion stellt sicher, dass die A-Frame Form leicht realisiert werden kann. Genau wie beim Penta City, garantieren die Faltbänder oben und unten in der Plane die perfekte Wölbung beim Öffnen der Seitenplane.
