Transparent Disclosure We use internationally recognized disclosure frameworks as a part of our commitment to full transparency and accurate reporting, including GRI, ISSB, and SBTi standards. We submit annually to GRESB, a rigorous standard that assesses and benchmarks the sustainability performance and management of real estate assets. In 2025, ESRT achieved the highest possible 5-Star Rating with a score of 93 and an “A” rating in the Public Disclosure Assessment. ESRT’s management score ranked first among all companies in the Americas and was the second highest GRESB score of all Listed companies in the Americas. In individual categories, ESRT scored the highest in the performance of risk assessment, leadership, policies, reporting, stakeholder engagement, targets, tenants and community, data monitoring and review, and building certification categories. 2025 was the sixth consecutive year of ESRT’s industry-leading performance.
