Human and Labor Rights Our codes of conduct prohibit human trafficking, child and/or forced labor, discrimination, unequal pay, no right to collective bargaining and freedom of association, and poor working conditions. Occupational Health and Safety ESRT prioritizes our role and responsibility to provide a safe and healthy workplace. Our Occupational Health and Safety Policy is aligned with the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). This policy outlines how we manage, retrofit, and operate our buildings in a way that protects the health and safety of our tenants and colleagues. This policy is supported by comprehensive procedures, which cover emergency preparedness and response plans, incident reporting, requirements for vendors and partners, and mandatory staff training to ensure their effective implementation.
