16) Use a heat gun to activate the secondary heat detectors located in the filter compartment. The behavior should follow the process noted in Table 1. This verifies the heat detector is working. Make sure the power is applied to the terminals to activate the suppression agent generator.

17) Turn power off at the Disconnect.

18) It may take a few minutes for the heat detector to cool down.

19) Turn power back on at the Disconnect.

20) If using a EVO panel, make sure to press the reset FSS button under the fire suppression screen.

21) Use a can of smoke or lit cigarette to activate the smoke detector located in the valve compartment. The behavior should follow the process noted in Table 1. This verifies the smoke detector is working. Make sure the power is applied to the terminals to activate the suppression agent generator.

22) Turn power off at the Disconnect.

23) The smoke detector may need to be blown out with compressed air to reset.

24) Turn power back on at the Disconnect.

25) If using a EVO panel, make sure to press the reset FSS button under the fire suppression screen.

26) Reconnect the wiring connection (#36). Failure to do so will prevent discharge of the fire suppression agent electrically

27) Turn the handle on the Fire bottle back to ON. Failure to do so will prevent discharge of the fire suppression agent.
