Clean Air Industries BC EVO TM has the capability to send email alerts. The following alerts will be sent by email:
High Filter Pressure
The high filter pressure alert will be sent when the differential filter pressure is at least 8in-H2O for
60 seconds. At this point, if the unit is in auto pulsing mode, which is the default mode, the unit
will be in online cleaning cycle mode. The online cleaning cycle starts once the filter pressure is
above 7in-H2O. In order to avoid sending out multiple emails within a short period of time, the unit
can only send another email regarding filter pressure if the filter pressure drops below 4in-H2O,
or after 8 hours.
Emergency Stop
When the Emergency Stop is triggered, the unit will stop and send email alert
Drum Sensor
Not all units will have a drum sensor. A drum sensor is installed only when the unit has a drum
installed to collect the dust, usually installed with a stand and hopper to funnel the dust into the
drum. Once the drum is full, or reaches a certain threshold, the drum sensor is triggered and will
notify the user to empty the drum.
VFD Error
VFD Error is generally a state that prevents the VFD from running. This can be caused by
multiple types of error, such as safety relay not engaged, or overload trip.
Fire Related Situation
The unit will send different types of fire alerts, depending on which sensor is triggered. There are
multiple detectors installed in the unit to detect fire such as primary heat detector(in the valve
compartment), secondary heat detector(in the filter compartment), tube heat detector(in the filter
compartment), smoke detector(in the valve compartment), manual fire pull.
The email can be set from the email screen. First, the email needs to be added to the contact list.
This is done by pressing the “+” button and then entering the email address and contact name. Once
the contact info is added, it needs to be assigned to a group to receive email alerts. Select the group
from the “Select Group” drop down, select the contact info, and then press the “>>” button . There are
3 groups available: Group A will receive all email alerts, Group B will receive fire email alerts, and
group C will receive maintenance email alert. To add a contact,
