WHAT PATIENTS ARE SAYING “Thank you everyone for helping me improve.” “I had never been to physical therapy before, which now I honestly regret after having attended Superior Physical Therapy. Before I started, I had a goal in mind to be able to walk and do things normally without a boot on. I wanted to be able to accomplish this before a friend of mine got married and I was worried I wouldn’t be able to. Everyone was patient, knew answers to my questions and even laughed at some of my horrible jokes. I have never felt more at ease in a place of healing. Thank you everyone for helping me improve. Thank you for helping me reach my goal. Everyone here, including other patients, will encourage you and help you become a better you.” - S.R. Gently pull the knees to the chest with both hands until a comfortable stretch is felt in the mid and lower back. We offer Alter G treadmills in our clinics which are an excellent alternative to aquatic therapy right now, while pools are closed due to COVID-19. Alter-G allows patients to rehabilitate with less pain while reducing the risk of further injury. Great for athletes, orthopedic patients, people experiencing chronic pain, those suffering from neurological conditions and those looking to lose weight.
