He also has a couple of real estate teams that work for him that handle roughly 180 listings.
“I buy about 10 a week here in Georgia and we wholesale eight or nine and pick the best for myself and then fix them up and sell them,” he said. “The ones we sell ourselves we sell to the retail community. The ones we wholesale we turn around and sell to investors.”
