Bulls are semen checked by a licensed veterinarian, passed a fertility test, and are guaranteed breeders for the first 60-day breeding season only. It covers broken penis, disposition or genetic structural feet or leg problems, verified by a veterinarian written statement within 14 days of loss of use. We reserve the right to a second option by a veterinarian we choose. Guaranteed doesn’t cover injury or loss of use if a bull is turned in with other bulls prior to being turned out at the start of the first breeding season. As full compensation we will provide Buyer a suitable replacement or Buyer will receive credit minus salvage value of said bull, towards purchase of a bull in our next sale. Heifers sell guaranteed open and are guaranteed to breed by natural service in the first 60-day breeding season, when exposed naturally to a sire known to be a breeder. If a heifer fails to breed under these conditions, as full resolution, Buyer will receive credit minus salvage value of original heifer, toward the purchase of a heifer in our next sale. Guarantee is void if heifer is used in an embryo transplant or IVF program. Above guarantees do not cover death. Mortality insurance is available at sale. RAAA REGISTRY CERTIFICATE Each registered animal selling will received a transferred RAAA registration paper, following full settlement. Deichmann Livestock completes transfers.
