Health & Safety

All managed vessels comply with MARPOL’s energy efficiency regulations and other relevant standards. Equality and Diversity

Our remuneration committee plays a central role in ESG governance, linking pay to ESG-related KPIs to ensure these factors significantly influence business decisions. The committee regularly reviews company-wide remuneration, linking it to performance against targets and objectives. This system determines salary and bonus awards, with all Group Executive Team members having performance objectives related to leadership and HSSEQ (Health, Safety, Security, Environment, and Quality).

We support customers in implementing the International Convention for the Control and Management of Vessels’ Ballast Water and Sediments to prevent the spread of harmful aquatic organisms.

We promote equal opportunities for all, irrespective of age, sex, race, sexual orientation, marital status, disability, or religion. Our culture is free from harassment, bullying, victimisation, or discrimination, treating all colleagues and clients with respect, dignity, and courtesy.

Recycling and Waste

Workers’ Rights

V. ensures full compliance with the Industry Code of Practice on Ship Recycling, minimising potentially hazardous materials onboard vessels.
