INGREDIENTS • 12 oz tri-color rotini pasta • 2/3 lb Italian salami, chopped • 1/2 green bell pepper, chopped • 1/2 red bell pepper, chopped • 1/2 red onion, chopped • 1/2 cup grape tomatoes, halved • 8 oz mozzarella, cubed • 6 oz black olives, sliced • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese • 1 cup Italian dressing • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning • Salt, to taste DIRECTIONS 1. Cook pasta, drain, rinse under cold water, and set to the side to let cool. 2. Once cool, in a bowl, add pasta with all other ingredients. Mix them together gently and thoroughly. 3. Cover the bowl and chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours. 4. Serve and enjoy!
