* Holding forces are listed at 5000 PSI operating pressure. The minimum operating pressure is 500 PSI for D/A operation. The holding force is adjustable by varying the hydraulic pressure to the cylinder. To determine the approximate holding force for your application, divide the holding force shown above by 5000 PSI, and multiply the resultant by your system pressure in PSI to obtain the approximate holding force for your application. (Actual forces will vary slightly due to internal friction.) ** At full cylinder capacity, fastener life will be limited and fasteners should be considered service items. Fasteners should be replaced frequently when operating at full capacity to avoid plunger damage. *** Mandrel diameter on clamp is shipped at max hole diameter. Mandrel can be machined down not to exceed min hole diameter to fit each application. Design should ensure that mandrel does not expand more than 0.010” for model 15-5206-00, 0.013” for model 15-5210-00, and 0.015” for models 15-5210-01, 15-5214-00, 15-5217-00, 15-5222-00 **** Replacement Mandrel comes with pull bolt.
