Fire Resistant Hose Protector
Fire Resistant Hose Protector Available in four different sizes for all standard Vektek hoses. Handles temperatures up to 500° F and molten splash up to 2,000° F. Made from a blend of Fiberglass and Silicone for ultimate strength and chemical resistance. Adds an additional layer of protection against abrasion on your hose. Chemical resistant to hydraulic fluid, lubricating oil, and fuel. Great for the welding, aerospace, or any other industry where sparks or flames are present. Install on existing hoses or purchase preinstalled on Vektek's custom hose.

Where possible Vektek recommends buying your hoses with a "Fire Resistant Hose Protector" preinstalled. When purchased pre-installed, ends are sealed using shrinkwrap to prevent oil infiltration and prevent jacketing from sliding off or bunching up.
