Perhaps you heard of the wonder ful success of the Million Testaments Campaign for China. Now the Lord has sent a Macedonian Call for a similar campaign for the 90,000,000 people of Latin-America, our next- door neighbors. Millions of them have never seen or even heard of a Bible. Is it playing the part of a good neighbor to let them go on in darkness while we en joy all the blessings of an open Bible? A missionary traveler, who has just returned from Mexico, declares just now is the opportune moment to give the Word to the people of that land. He says the priests are not allowed to hold any services because they will not register. Hence, devout Catholics are beating their breasts and crying that there is now no mediator be tween them and God. Let us give them the Word that reveals the blessed and glorious Mediator, the Lord Jesus Christ. We want to distribute a million “Goodwill” Testaments carefully and prayerfully and quickly in Mexico and other Latin-America lands. How many will you send to “work for you” in the hearts and lives of boys and girls, and farmers and merchants, and prisoners and policemen and Indians, and the various classes and races? This is the first time an American President-elect has made a “Good will” visit to Latin-America. It is the opportunity of a lifetime to follow his “Goodwill” tour by sending “Good will” Testaments to shine for you in the hands and hearts of your Latin- American neighbors. Each 25 cents pays for pro ducing and distributing one Testament. $2.50 will send ten Testa ments. $5.00 will send 20 Testa ments. $250.00 will send 1,000 Testaments. $1,000.00 will send 4,000 Testaments.
How Sunday Schools, Societies, and Churches Can Help If Sunday School Superintendents, Bible Class Leaders and Sunday School Teachers will send for a supply of the Prayer Cards—with map of Latin-America on the back—and give them out one Sunday, and take up an offering the next Sunday, you will be surprised at the enthusiasm aroused, and the blessing you will get and give.
