Fitness Center hours are 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM, 7 days a week. Women’s steam room and men’s sauna are operational from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Members wishing to access the building before/after business hours need a PIN, apply here.

Group Exercise Schedule

1. HALF & HALF: In December and January, GX subscribers can save up to 50% (or more) on their registration through our “Half and Half” promotion. (Additional details and conditions online) Here’s how it works: - An existing subscriber signs up a new subscriber for the month. - Both save 50% on the subscribers, if you bring in two new subscribers, you might earn a month free! Or . . . Two new subscribers sign up together for the month. - Both save 50% on the class for that month! 2. TWELVE DAYS OF FITNESS: Between December 27 and January 7, you may drop-in on GX classes and pay the subscriber rate. Instead of paying $13 for standard class, you’ll only pay $7; instead of $20 for a specialty class, you can pay $10. This is a great way to try a class before subscribing! Forever Fit (formerly "Seniorcize")* No class on Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve Monday 4:00 PM/Thursday 11:00 AM (45 minutes) To help you stay active, this class focuses on balance, flexibility, and strengthening. Gentle Yoga ** No class on Christmas Day or New Year's Day Tuesday/Thursday 9:45 AM An easy slow-paced flow of Hatha Yoga which focuses on alignment, breathing, balance. Morning Vinyasa Flow ** No class on Christmas Day or New Year's Day Tuesday 6:00 AM Start your day with a warm- up, followed by an energizing Vinyasa Flow. All levels. Pilates ** (All Levels) No class on Christmas Eve and no evening class on New Year's Eve Monday and Wednesday 8:30 AM, 5:00 PM, 6:00 PM Enjoy an age-defying full body workout. Gain core strength, flexibility, balance and posture! Power Yoga Sunday 4:00 PM (75 minutes) Appropriate for experienced yoga students seeking a higher intensity flow with more challenging postures. Modifications will be offered.

Restorative Yoga No class on Christmas Day or New Year's Day Tuesday 10:45 AM and Wednesday 9:45 AM Appropriate for students seeking the benefits of a very relaxing, gentle and nourishing practice. The deep restorative work improves range of motion and joint mobility while reducing pain and the effects of stress. Injuries, arthritis, or other chronic conditions are welcome. No prior experience is required. Toning + Abs * No class on Christmas Day or New Year's Day Tuesday/Thursday 5:30 PM and 6:30 PM, Saturday 10:00 AM A full-body workout with weights, body bars, and med balls, with an emphasis on core conditioning. Yoga Tune-Up ** No class on Christmas Eve Monday 12:30 PM A combination of Vinyasa Yoga and strength training to get a well- rounded workout. *Standard Class Rates: $13/drop-in, or $7/subscription **Specialty Class Rates:

All classes meet in the Group Exercise Studio and are offered on a subscription basis. Classes that lack sufficient participation may be cancelled.
