Shepley secures seller’s deal on 34.75-Acre commercial/industrial land in Harrisburg Zellers, SIOR, FRICS, CRE, Sgagias & Donovan of NAI CIR rep. seller of 52,761 s/f office building

ENTRAL PA – NAI CIR successfully fa- cilitated the following sales and lease transactions: NAI CIR announced the sale of the 52,761 s/f office building at 1800 Linglestown Rd. in Harrisburg. McClure Company , one of the mid- Atlantic’s largest integrated mechanical contractors, has acquired the property to support its business growth. Robin Zellers, SIOR, FRICS, CRE, Nik Sgagias, and Bryan Donovan of NAI CIR represented the seller in the transaction. C

The adjacent 102,000 s/f property located at 4401 Deer Path Rd. remains available. A 34.75-acre tract of commer - cial/industrial land located at 7464 Linglestown Rd. has been sold to Prologis Linglestown, LLC. Prologis has been the global leader in logistics real estate for more than 40 years. Two adjacent parcels will be consolidated to develop a 1.1 million square foot warehouse to meet the growing demand for industrial space in the re- gion. This project highlights the continued expansion of Harrisburg’s industrial mar-

ket, driven by its strategic location and robust infrastruc- ture, which make it a hub for logistics and distribution. Jack Shepley , of NAI CIR, represented the seller in this transaction. One year after its previous sale, the multi-tenant invest- ment property located at 215 Pine St. in the City of Harris- burg has been sold once again. East to West Properties ac- quired the property as an investment. Situated in the Downtown Central Business District, just one block from the State Capitol Complex, the property is fully leased, including two long-term leas- es with the General Services Administration (GSA). Chris Wilsbach , of NAI CIR, represented the seller. The first floor at 17 W. High St. in Carlisle has been leased to Delta Airport Consultants. Delta Airport Consultants, a leading firm in the aviation industry, has been providing full-service airport consulting since 1978 focused on plan- ning, design, construction administration and manage- ment of airport infrastructure. The company works with a diverse range of clients, from general aviation to large hub commercial service airports. The newly leased office space will serve as the lo- cal headquarters for Delta’s engineering team, providing a base for their primary engi- neers in the region to better serve their clients. Pamela E. Fisher of NAI CIR represented the landlord in the transaction. NAI CIR has assisted in the relocation of LIVIC Civil to a 3,800 s/f office suite on the second floor of 1015 Mumma Rd. in Lemoyne. LIVIC Civil, a PA-based engineering firm, offers a wide range of services including site/civil engineering, land development, municipal engineering, and surveying. Wilsbach handled the transaction. NAI CIR has sold the 27,000 s/f industrial property located at 125 Hanover St. in New Oxford, situated on 4.15 acres, to Lefler Heating & Cooling, LLC. Lefler Heating & Cool - ing, a family-owned contractor business serving Adams, York, and surrounding counties. Nik Sgagias and Tony Plakas , of NAI CIR, repre- sented who represented the seller in the deal. MAREJ
