As you proceed with the application for the spouse joining at a subsequent time, following the initial coverage approval for the first spouse, kindly include a note in the application stating, “This policy, together with policy number XXXXXXX, seeks eligibility for the Spousal Discount.” Are OmniFlex™ rates gender based?
