Proofread your self-assessment before submitting it to your Manager/Supervisor. #2: Be prepared for your performance review Be prepared to accept constructive criticism and discuss ways to improve. Approach the review as an opportunity for growth. It’s a great opportunity to discuss your future goals and personal development plans.
