AVERITT CARES FOR KIDS This associate-driven program funds our non- profit charitable organization, Averitt Charities. Associates contribute through weekly payroll deductions of $1, signifying the Power of One. Combined with company contributions made in recognition of associates’ life events, milestones and achievements, this resulted in a 2024 donation of $1,750,001 to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
