Your medical plan provides coverage for hearing exams, hearing aid devices and hearing loss services for you and your dependents. Our Traditional Health Plan covers hearing aids once per ear every three years at 100% in-network up to $5,000, with no limit for dependents under the age of 18. Hearing aids are subject to the deductible in the High Deductible Health Plan. Coverage includes the initial purchase of hearing aids* plus the repair, adjustment or replacement of covered equipment.
