HILL COUNTRY LIVING Loraloma Spicewood, Texas
Loraloma, a private community within Thomas Ranch, is a vibrant neighborhood and gathering place for people to enjoy Texas Hill Country. Thoughtful design, natural surroundings, and an array of amenities are the building blocks to form a legacy with family and community. Together with Areté Collective, Denton House created twelve home types in three categories: Cottages, Villas, and Estates. For each home type Timeless and Modern architectural styles were developed - as well as flat pad, walk-out, and walk-up versions to fit different lot types - envisioning a unique luxury neighborhood along the Pedernales River.

The North Shore Club O’ahu, Hawaii
Along O’ahu’s famous Turtle Bay lies a place of connection and intention designed for curated experiences and a deeper sense of place. The exclusive Residences at the North Shore Club are situated where the majestic beauty of Hawaii elevates everyday living. Nineteen low-rise buildings designed by Denton House and Areté Collective have two stories of three and four bedrooms and a penthouse level with six bedrooms. Combining kama’āina design with sustainable elegance, these residences feature stunning views off private lanais, seamless indoor-outdoor living spaces, and interiors encouraging healthy indulgence.

Situated along Portugal’s Blue Coast with unrivaled beach access and sea views lies Costa Terra. The unique natural topography of the land, exclusive location, and a rich local culture inspired Denton House to design eleven unique residential concept packages including two exterior elevation styles for the development’s over 200 lots, complete with site design, floor plans, and exterior and interior finishes. In addition, Denton House masterplanned the entire residential property, siting each lot with home types and developing lot diagrams to assist with home sales.

Inspired by the Wasatch Mountains’ natural beauty, The Residences at the Mayflower were designed to embody the Mountain West lifestyle by easing the transitions between living, working, and playing. With this unique mountain setting as a backdrop, Denton House designed eight developer product homes with additional flexible programming and square footage options, with the goals of maintaining high quality and permanence while encouraging strong interior-exterior relationships. Additionally, five Club Tower Residences were designed with varied floor plans for ski-in/ski-out ease and sky-high mountain views.
